As you might have noticed, we have changed the format for Frost Byte! We’re now publishing it as a blog! We hope that you find the easier access helpful, and we are very excited about the change. Please let us know what you think about our new blogging newsletter by participating in the poll! (Top right)

As part of our participation in IPY 2007-08, we have updated our catalog records with key words used in the International Polar Year Publications Database hosted on the Biblioline web site. This database is now up and running. It is open to all, so you don’t need a user ID or password.

Also, in association with the IPY4, the DAHLI web site has also been updated. See the bibliography of digitized materials (with links to accessible materials) on the Find Literature page.

New look and a new name! The Online Glacier Photograph Database is now the Glacier Photograph Collection. The web site has been updated as well. Check it out!

Staff Report

Library and librarians’ schedules:

The Library is open 7 to 5 pm, Monday-Friday this week and Monday-Wednesday Thanksgiving week. We re-open on the 26^th at 7 am and will resume our normal hours until the Christmas holidays.

Allaina is out the 13^th and the 21^st.

Gloria is out the 14^th.
